Thus, this course developed to exposed students to the basic concepts and principles of accounting, taxation, auditing, finance, costing, management accounting and economics as well as nurturing decision-making skills needs for successful in the world of business. The graduates of Diploma in Accounting will enjoy a credit exemption if pursue accounting degree or will be employed once complete the program.
The Diploma in Accounting is a homegrown program developed and offers a structured package of courses to the basic knowledge and understanding of the financial management. The program incorporates the practices of knowledge in financial obligations, taxes and payroll, financial operations and makes recommendations in regards to management of operational costs, increase revenue and increase profits in oranization. This multidisciplinary curriculum is designed to give students the extra cutting edge of careers. The syllabus of this course gives student the basic knowledge and understanding of accounting management in generating new ideas and concepts emerging in the marketplace as well as develops and improves the soft skills.

SPM with minimum 3 credit (including Mathematic) or STPM with minimum CGPA of 2.00 (including credit Mathematic and pass English in SPM) or STAM with Maqbul (including credit Mathematic and pass English in SPM) or Certificate/SKM III with minimum CGPA of 2.00 (including credit Mathematic and pass English in SPM) or other qualifications as accepted by the Senate of ACT and Government of Malaysia.
